Jaime Donate is a New York City-based architect with nearly twenty years of experience in internationally recognized firms. Before founding JDA, he worked in the offices of Audrey Matlock, Andrew Franz, and Robert Young, where he was the managing partner. He has worked on award-winning projects ranging from lofts in Tribeca to beach houses in Montauk and Martha’s Vineyard. As principal at his own firm, he focuses on private residential projects in the New York City region, including penthouses overlooking Central Park, country homes upstate, and beach houses in the Hamptons.


Jaime is licensed to practice architecture in New York State. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, NCARB certified, and a LEED Accredited Professional. He received a Master of Architecture from Harvard’s Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie Mellon.
